Cancelation Policy

ATTENTION: Deposit Notice: Most of our services require preparation time to prepare the room for your treatment correctly. Preparations may include the use of products. Please understand that someone else could have booked your time slot when you forgot your appointment or canceled it without giving us proper notice. Therefore, clients on our waiting list miss an opportunity to secure a spa treatment.

Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the space in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment. First, we kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. If no-shows or same-day cancellations are less than 12 hours before your appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged to reschedule.

For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed. For Packages, 50% of a single service value will be redeemed at its regular price.

Written cancellation notice with a full refund may be requested up until 24 hours before the appointment. (Email request Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment are nonrefundable.

Service Notice: The provider of services works with each guest to discuss treatment options and their objectives and to thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with treatments. Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded. 


However, to ensure our guests always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service for which the guest is clinically eligible as determined by the provider of services. Cash equivalents are not transferable. 

Skin Care Products: All sales are final. However, should the guest have a reaction to one of the skin products, it can be returned for a full refund within seven days of purchase.

 Injectable Treatments: All sales (for example, Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane) are final; refund or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. 

Complimentary services: No-shows or same-day cancellations less than 12 hours before your appointment time. A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to rebook your appointment, which will be used for your service.

Services that require a Credit card hold to book the service ( such as more comprehensive services, multiple services, or any other reasons we would've taken a credit card hold) that are not canceled within 12 hours will be charged 50% on all services booked.

Services longer than 2 hours or services booked for multiple persons that amount to longer than 2 hrs will require a credit card to book the appointment.

If you book online, you will receive a phone call for credit card authorization to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged, and you may pay in another method at your appointment. Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy above.
