Melinda Powell, the CEO, is a Registered Nurse, Certified in Infection control by the Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, and has worked in Infection Prevention for ten years in various settings. Melinda is also a Certified Eyelash Extension artist with years of cosmetology training.

 

She has traveled nationwide to serve in the states of Michigan, Illinois at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Virginia, Washington, D.C.  at Inova Health System, and the U.S. Territory of Guam at Guam Regional Medical Center as a specialist assisting and supporting infection prevention and control programs nationally. She is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Prevention and is on the board of the APIC Sierra Chapter, serving on the nominations committee.

Her passion is helping others get healthy and stay healthy. I am a lifelong learner committed to self-improvement. I love helping people look and feel their best.

She learned cosmetology before starting my nursing career and even more while practicing and teaching nursing.
